About the role
- Lead, manage, develop, and coach a team of Vaccines Field Medical colleagues
- Guide work prioritization and resource allocation within team
- Collaborate effectively with Medical Governance team and internal workstreams
- Maintain exceptional market and customer knowledge
- Provide objective and scientifically sound Medical information regarding Pfizer’s portfolio and disease states
Requirements
- PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree
- 12+ years experience with bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years experience with master’s degree
- 7+ years experience with PhD terminal degree
- Vaccines Field Medical Experience required
- Experience in vaccines, antivirals, infectious diseases, epidemiology, and public health required
- Experience with Formulary Management, Managed Care, Quality Improvement, Pharmacoeconomic and/or Outcomes Research is desired
