- Manage and develop a team of Field Medical colleagues
- Guide work prioritization and resource allocation
- Ensure appropriate Vaccine colleague deployment and account prioritization
- Conduct HR-related issues for assigned team
- Collaborate effectively with Medical Governance team
- Shape customer-centric Medical strategies
- Maintain market and customer knowledge
- Assist in strategic planning and execution of team Medical plan
Requirements
- MD required
- 5 or more years Vaccines Field Medical Experience required
- Experience in vaccines, antivirals, infectious diseases, epidemiology, and public health required
- Experience with Formulary Management, Managed Care, Quality Improvement, Pharmacoeconomic and/or Outcomes Research is desired
- Strong strategic, analytical, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills
