About the role
- Develop strategic, customer-facing reports for accounts with agreements and programs
- Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable models and insights
- Create impact reports to assess the effectiveness of initiatives
- Contribute to customer meetings alongside HSD/NGD colleagues to present analytic findings
- Provide recommendations to improve reporting accuracy and streamline processes
- Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional colleagues
- Partner with teams across USMA to align on strategies and deliver operational efficiencies
- Produce specialized reports including GPO & Thrombin market share
- Validate and maintain IDN alignment using IQVIA and HSD insights
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with urgent, customer-driven deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience
- 2+ years of hands-on commercial analytics or operations experience including broad background in consulting, business analytics, finance, health economics, marketing strategy, or equivalent set of experiences required
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work with complex data sets
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results across a matrixed organization
- Strong project management, time management, and coordination skills with cross functional teams of diverse colleagues in multi-disciplinary positions.
