About the role
- Supervise operations of the district including hiring, live coaching, virtual coaching, representative development
- Responsible for sales performance of the business portfolio of products
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the District
- Collaborate with key stakeholders for effective account management
- Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Conduct plan of action meetings with District Management Teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 3-5 years in a position with demonstrated leadership across peer and customer groups
- Previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience preferred
- Experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations preferred
- Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
- Demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities
