About the role
- Contribute to Pfizer PGS Operational Excellence strategy applying advanced analytics to improve productivity, digital amplification, and knowledge graph development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design analytical models that transform raw data into strategic insights for evidence-based decisions.
- Partner with OpX leaders to identify high-impact analytics opportunities and support productivity hunting initiatives.
- Support digital transformation by leveraging AI to enhance performance and efficiency across the PGS network.
- Build ETL pipelines from Snowflake SQL in collaboration with data engineers.
- Design and execute predictive models, segmentation algorithms, and causal analyses.
- Visualize and translate complex manufacturing and financial data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Support training and enablement around data literacy and analytics tools.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
- Solid experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to navigate uncertainty and perform in dynamic environments.
- MBA/MS with 7+ years of experience OR PhD/JD with 5+ years of experience (nice-to-have).
- Experience building or contributing to graph databases (neo4j, Cypher).
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Pfizer financial systems (EPM, HFM, Mosaic).
- Exposure to Pfizer digital platforms and analytics ecosystem.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and influencing capabilities.
- Requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
- Global role; off-shift work may be required.
