About the role
- Responsible for ensuring Enterprise & CMO Office initiatives drive performance and value for the Specialty Care CEP Portfolio
- Interface with various HQ/Enterprise teams and act as the POC and SC subject matter expert
- Lead downstream execution, communication, and metric/KPI creation & alignment with relevant I&I teams
- Participate and lead GTMx projects, leveraging an extensive network for efficiency
- Develop and execute tactical plans to adjust the GTMX path based on assessment of learnings
- Support Brand Teams on metrics/KPIs development and pull-through tactics
- Build out TA-specific AI & ML capabilities
- Shape strategic vision and execution of the BU Pfizer connect and GTMx implementation
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree required
- At least 8 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales/consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent analytical skills, including strategic thinking
- Executive presence and ability to influence and establish working relationships across leader levels
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written, PowerPoint, meeting facilitation)
- Strong project and time management and organizational skills
- Must demonstrate a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities
