About the role
- Support the US Viral and Maternal Vaccines Lead in all aspects related to mRNA Vaccines
- Lead a team supporting mRNA Vaccines
- Serve as a US advocate for the vaccine’s medical organization
- Support the launch and recommendations for mRNA vaccines
- Interact with external stakeholders including ACIP
- Partner with US Commercial leads for medical/commercial alignment
- Negotiate with and influence key stakeholders
- Provide medical input into global brand strategies
Requirements
- MD required
- 5+ years' experience in vaccines, infectious diseases, epidemiology, and/or public health
- Strong work ethic
- Proven track record of delivering high quality within timelines
- Clinical, formulary, and/or other management experience
- Leadership abilities
- Managed Care or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Data Analytics and/or HEOR activities with methodological skills in health services research
- Strong performance and excellence track record
- Ability to analyze, define, and convey complex concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Well-organized and flexible with the ability to prioritize multiple demands and lead in a matrix organization
