Oversee the architecture, design, and delivery of Pfizer’s global commercial platforms
Champion privacy-first and security-first engineering practices across all platforms
Direct technical troubleshooting, guide teams through root-cause analysis
Ensure all solutions are designed with privacy and security by design principles from the outset
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or Technology Management preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience as an information technology professional with increasing responsibility designing, delivering, and maintaining large-scale, global systems
Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation in a pharmaceutical or other regulated environment
Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge of the Pharma industry
Proven experience in high level of business knowledge and understanding of the external marketplace
Strong team and people leadership skills
Financial acumen
Experience in vendor negotiations and sourcing model definition
Familiarity with Adobe enterprise Platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Generative AI technologies, AWS and Cloud/SaaS platforms
