About the role
- Technical consulting, cost-effectiveness analysis and optimization of ergonomics-related tasks at the end user's site
- Solving complex technical problems in collaboration with Technical Customer Advisors or the PFERDTOOL mobile unit
- Support, assortment management and technical assistance for our distribution partners and direct customers
- Territory development through active market cultivation and new customer acquisition
- Conducting cost-effectiveness and business process analyses within the sales environment
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training; ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales or qualification as a master craftsman/technician
- Strong knowledge in the use of cutting tools for metalworking is required (milling / drilling / threading)
- Pronounced technical understanding and the ability to assess and adapt to customer-specific requirements
- Strong customer and service orientation, with willingness to travel
- Self-motivation, strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Confident handling of CRM systems and MS Office
