About the role
- Independently assist our customers by telephone and provide consultative support
- Prepare quotations and follow up on them through to closing
- Handle incoming complaints and returns and ensure smooth processing
- Maintain transparent collaboration with colleagues from field sales
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for sales that engages and motivates our customers
- Empathy and a solution-oriented approach, especially when handling complaints
- Independent, transparent and goal-oriented way of working
- Ideally, initial sales experience in inside sales
