About the role

  • Independently assist our customers by telephone and provide consultative support
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on them through to closing
  • Handle incoming complaints and returns and ensure smooth processing
  • Maintain transparent collaboration with colleagues from field sales

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for sales that engages and motivates our customers
  • Empathy and a solution-oriented approach, especially when handling complaints
  • Independent, transparent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Ideally, initial sales experience in inside sales
