About the role

  • 12-month graduate journey following a specialised development program with structured induction
  • Work alongside experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience in infrastructure-as-code and automation
  • Work on CI/CD pipelines and cloud solutions
  • Work on security hardening and platform reliability
  • Collaborate with delivery squads, security and observability teams
  • Part of ONEData team working with tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and AWS
  • Gain hands-on experience in data integration, ETL processes, data warehousing, and implementing data security measures
  • Apply foundational knowledge of data engineering and analytics to solve business problems
  • Participate in rotations, specialised pathways and potential permanent roles

Requirements

  • Basic coding or scripting skills
  • An interest in cloud infrastructure, Linux, and security
  • Problem-solving, analytical and continuous learning abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for technology and driving innovation
  • Australian/New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
  • A degree (completed or completing by Feb 2026) in Computer Science, Software/Data/Security/Platform/Cloud Engineering or related STEM field OR a career changer seeking to move into Technology
  • Or equivalent experience via relevant courses and bootcamps (Including graduates from 2023 onwards).
  • Able to complete online assessments and attend interviews in October and November 2025
  • Available to commence in February 2026
