About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and analyze the financial performance of products and operations related to payment methods (PIX, Credit Card, Debit Card, Acquiring, etc.).
Develop and automate reports, processes, dashboards and financial controls.
Design automated workflows to capture, process and consolidate financial and operational data.
Lead automation initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, SQL and AI tools.
Build financial models and KPIs to track revenue, margin, costs, profitability and productivity.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes, eliminate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Establish robust, reliable databases to support recurring analyses.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, Risk and Operations teams.
Support the definition of strategic metrics to monitor the business.
Prepare executive presentations for management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, Technology or related fields.
Solid experience in financial analysis or financial performance.
Knowledge of the Payments ecosystem, including:
PIX;
Credit and Debit Cards;
Acquiring and Sub-acquiring;
MDR, TPV;
Chargebacks and Fraud;
Payment schemes/arrangements.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced Power BI skills.
Experience in process automation.
Knowledge of Power Query and VBA.
Experience building financial and operational KPIs.
