About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support management of performance indicators (updating, monitoring, and setting departmental targets);
- Assist in preparing salary surveys, job and compensation analyses, and producing compensation reports and spreadsheets;
- Assess and actively execute requests related to job changes, salary adjustments, and employee movements within the company;
- Prepare and update organizational charts for all business areas according to required changes;
- Ensure compensation and benefits policies are aligned with the company’s objectives and culture;
- Propose, introduce, and implement changes to the company’s compensation and benefits policies;
- Create detailed reports and analyses of management data to help business leaders make informed decisions;
- Develop, support, and implement projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department’s activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed - Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
- Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables and Charts);
- Availability to work in a hybrid model - office near Parque Villa Lobos;
- Experience in compensation processes.
