About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 people, including developers, tech leads, and key users.
Work in close partnership with the tribe/squad Product Manager (PM), ensuring clear priorities, alignment between technical and business vision, and consistent execution.
Lead and actively participate in agile ceremonies (dailies, plannings, reviews, retrospectives, and refinements).
Lead and structure technical discovery, including architecture definition, technology selection, technical feasibility assessment, and solution direction.
Ensure technical governance, code quality, architectural standards, and development best practices.
Plan and track incremental product deliveries, ensuring continuous value generation.
Manage task allocation and team capacity, and closely monitor deliveries to ensure predictability and quality.
Operate with a strong sense of ownership, being accountable for technical and operational success and the continuous evolution of the products.
Manage incidents, ensuring rapid response, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
Constantly interact with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology and business needs.
Raise the team's technical level and maturity by promoting individual development, accountability, and high performance.
Be hands-on when necessary, serving as a technical and behavioral reference.
Monitor the product post-delivery, ensuring stability, observability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed).
Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, SP.
Natural leadership with strong ability to influence, develop, and engage people.
Strong experience in software development (frontend or backend), with practical proficiency in at least one programming language.
Experience in architecture definition and technical decision-making.
Experience with Cloud, preferably AWS.
Knowledge of digital ecosystems, online systems, and robust, scalable architectures.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum and/or Kanban.
Experience in digital product environments and continuous discovery.
Previous experience coordinating or leading development teams.
