About the role

  • Ensure maximum availability and reliability of production assets, optimizing costs and resources through data-driven management;
  • Develop preventive, predictive and planned corrective maintenance plans based on requests, historical data, manufacturer recommendations and failure analysis;
  • Analyze predictive maintenance reports and schedule corrective actions when indicated;
  • Create and update work orders in the maintenance management system;
  • Schedule maintenance activities considering equipment availability, teams, materials and operational windows;
  • Monitor execution of work orders, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of interventions;
  • Analyze maintenance KPIs: Availability, Backlog, Plan Compliance, Maintenance Cost, among others;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
  • Availability to work 100% on-site at our factory in Monte Mor, SP;
  • Experience with maintenance of industrial equipment;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience in production environments for diapers or absorbent hygiene products;
