About the role

  • Lead the strategy and management of performance media campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and others);
  • Work at an advanced level with attribution and measurement platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer), ensuring reliable performance reporting;
  • Analyze data and metrics to generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations;
  • Monitor and optimize performance KPIs with a focus on efficiency, scale, and ROI;
  • Build and present executive reports and performance dashboards for different stakeholder levels;
  • Serve as the focal point for alignment with partner areas (Marketing, Product, Data, Technology, and Business);
  • Lead strategic discussions with Data and Development teams to prioritize projects and improvements;
  • Ensure measurement best practices in web and mobile (app) environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Solid experience with performance media across web and mobile platforms (including apps);
  • Advanced knowledge of digital media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and similar);
  • Strong analytical skills, with mastery of performance metrics and data-driven decision making;
  • Advanced level Excel skills;
  • Advanced experience with AppsFlyer;
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics;
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Amazon QuickSight, or similar);
  • Experience working with high-volume data environments and significant media investments.
