About the role
- You will be the CRM and Lifecycle reference, responsible for designing, orchestrating, and scaling in-app journeys, ensuring technical excellence in the use of Braze and accurate measurement of impact.
- CRM strategy focused on the mobile app (iOS and Android).
- Full journeys including: onboarding and activation; retention and recurrence; reactivation; cross-sell and upsell; complex, scalable Canvas implementations in Braze; governance of segmentation, triggers, frequency and priority; continuous experimentation with A/B tests and control groups; and true measurement of impact on retention, LTV and revenue.
Requirements
- Deep, proven experience with Braze
- Advanced mastery of: Canvas
- Segmentation
- Triggers and automations
- Solid experience with CRM for mobile apps
- Data-driven, performance-oriented mindset with a focus on incrementality
- Lead / Senior Specialist profile with a strong sense of ownership
