About the role

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect briefings and clarify requests
  • Draft internal announcements, internal campaigns, and support materials
  • Create graphics and copy for newsletters, announcements, and various content using tools such as Photoshop or Canva
  • Write simple scripts for corporate videos
  • Edit text and adapt content to the corporate tone of voice
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for communication proposals and campaigns
  • Publish and update content on internal communication channels (Conecta, notice boards, corporate TV, emails)
  • Manage internal notice boards and corporate TV
  • Send internal email marketing campaigns
  • Manage Petz's institutional profile on the corporate social network (Conecta), responding to interactions
  • Update and standardize institutional templates
  • Support strategy, planning, and execution of internal campaigns and company events/commemorative dates
  • Provide logistical support for internal events (room reservations, coffee breaks, giveaways, etc.)
  • Interface with partner areas (HR, Commercial, Operations, etc.) to align campaigns and deliverables
  • Support activities with internal communication ambassadors or champions
  • Create and monitor KPIs for the channels and activities under your responsibility
  • Extract data and assist with performance analysis of channels
  • Manage budgets and payments for the internal communications area
  • Organize mailing lists, files, and operational requests
  • Support task and project workflow control (using spreadsheets or tools like Trello)
  • Follow up with vendors and external partners, ensuring deadlines and deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in the North Zone of São Paulo, SP
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other creative tools
  • Basic proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with Trello and other demand-management tools
