5+ years of overall IT industry experience
At least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role
Expertise in Python for production-grade solution development
Strong understanding of React and Next.js
Professional written and spoken English communication skills
Familiarity with modern software architectures
Familiarity with data engineering pipelines
Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms
