About the role

  • Lead projects independently — from planning through implementation to handover into operations
  • Bring together diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is aligned
  • Manage external service providers, obtain quotes and ensure agreed quality
  • Keep track of budget and schedule and find pragmatic solutions
  • Ensure clean handovers with clear documentation

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience leading IT projects
  • Ideally experience in the infrastructure domain
  • Experience managing external service providers
  • Good understanding of networks, servers, cloud services and clients
  • Confident use of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
  • Fluent German
  • Good English skills
