About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Commercial and Customer Management: Manage contracts, approve negotiations, set targets, monitor results, visit customers, identify market opportunities, strengthen relationships, and represent the company at events.
  • Financial and Administrative Management: Assess credit limits, monitor receivables and collections, authorize special orders, support audits, and participate in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Continuously train and develop staff, ensuring a well-informed team aligned with company guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvement and Strategy: Implement improvements, monitor processes, propose customized actions for clients, and participate in strategic planning with other managers.
  • Compliance, Safety and Environment: Ensure compliance with internal policies, the code of ethics, legislation, health and safety requirements, as well as promote risk prevention and environmental preservation.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Implement enhancements focused on productivity, profitability gains, and optimization of the area’s results.
  • Other Activities: Perform duties inherent to the role.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education in a field related to the role.
  • Experience in B2B customer service in the Industrial sector, particularly in Mining companies.
  • Experience in People Management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of management tools (Power BI, CRM platforms, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Basic financial knowledge.
  • Sales and Negotiation techniques.
  • Advanced English.
  • Knowledge of lubricants and their applications.
  • Technical knowledge of the company’s products.
  • Experience in Leadership/People Management.
  • Intermediate Spanish.
  • Cost Management and Budgeting.
