About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consolidate KPIs, monitor performance by region and category, and run monthly result-tracking routines.
- Prepare analyses, business cases, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making and regional governance forums.
- Manage product lifecycle, ensuring competitiveness and strategic alignment while identifying opportunities to optimize or expand the portfolio.
- Develop and optimize product processes, leading tests and validations to ensure quality and compliance.
- Lead product launches and cross-functional projects in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Support Marketing, Communications, Trade Marketing, and Pricing with market studies and competitive analyses.
- Serve as the focal point for information alignment between countries, supporting harmonization initiatives and providing insights to sales and operations teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, etc.);
- Relevant experience in the role/field;
- Experience in product launch processes, including preparing business cases (pricing, margins, and volume potential), as well as developing technical and commercial materials;
- Experience leading cross-functional projects;
- Previous experience with lubricants or other technical products;
- Advanced Excel;
- Intermediate PowerPoint;
- Advanced English;
- Experience with data analysis.
