About the role

  • Active development of new international markets, including identification, outreach and acquisition of new distributors
  • Development of sales strategies, account plans and go-to-market strategies for new and existing countries and regions
  • Product presentations and training on site at customer locations
  • Planning, preparation and conduct of annual review meetings and commercial terms negotiations
  • Responsibility for budget, sales and results
  • Management of the acquisition process from initial contact through contract closing
  • Definition and tracking of growth KPIs
  • Market and competitor analyses to prioritize target markets
  • Collaboration with marketing and product management to successfully launch the Petromax brand

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience managing international, independent trade partners
  • Fluent in English and ideally a second language (preferably French)
  • Excellent communication skills and outstanding negotiation abilities
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and proven closing strength
  • Experience in acquiring and developing international distribution structures
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Intercultural competence and confident manner when dealing with international business partners
  • Open to frequent travel within your assigned territory
