About the role

  • - Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for assigned product areas
  • - Translate company objectives into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
  • - Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Sales
  • - Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement
  • - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities
  • - Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
  • - Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories
  • - Monitor product performance using KPIs and data analytics, driving optimization initiatives
  • - Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
  • - Mentor and support junior product team members

Requirements

  • - 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, mobility, SaaS, or digital platforms
  • - Proven track record of delivering successful digital products at scale
  • - Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
  • - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • - Experience working in agile development environments
  • - Strong understanding of user experience and customer-centric product development
  • - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
