Delivering Highly Innovative Quality Content: You'll play a crucial role in driving our video ad production by creating premium UGC style content.
Coordination of Shoots: Effectively manage and execute regular live-action content shoots, whether featuring yourself, actors, or customers.
Data-Driven Collaboration: Partner with Creative Strategists & Media Buyers to optimize creative based on performance data to ensure ad content delivers measurable results.
On-Camera & Shoots: Acting as the primary talent and manager for new ads, focusing on live, relatable, and experimental formats.
Content Production: Developing high-energy content with a strong emphasis on engaging hooks and viral potential.
Creative Optimization: Working with Creative Strategists & Media Buyers to iterate on successful "winning" content.

On-Camera Talent: Highly comfortable and charismatic in front of the camera; ability to deliver scripts naturally and authentically.
