You will work closely with our Sales, Installations, CRM, and Technical Operations teams to guarantee a smooth and excellent customer journey.
Customer focus and communication: You act as an extended point of contact for our customers. With strong communication skills, you ensure all stakeholders are consistently well informed and that complex information is conveyed clearly.
Team development & mentoring: You serve as a mentor and enable team members through knowledge and skills transfer to raise the overall level of Project Management.
Resource management: You allocate and deploy team resources according to needs to meet all deadlines with top quality and within budget.
Operational excellence: You ensure that all operational processes are efficient and that all project objectives are achieved on schedule.
Performance measurement: You are responsible for capturing KPIs, monitoring progress, and evaluating goal attainment.

Requirements
Expertise & experience: You have 5+ years of professional experience in a competitive and dynamic environment, ideally from the IoT/SaaS sector or a similar field (construction, real estate, or event management).
Technical understanding: You have a solid understanding of technical systems.
Ownership & accountability: You enjoy bringing order to chaos, are system- and process-oriented, and stand out through quick thinking, decisive action, and prompt yet careful execution.
Customer focus & proactivity: The customer is always your top priority. You act proactively and remain focused on the intended outcomes.
