About the role

  • You are responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing new and ongoing projects
  • You understand your clients' needs and deliver our product to them as a fully functional, high-quality high-tech parking solution
  • You support internal projects of varying complexity and actively contribute ideas to improve internal processes, strengthening the Operations team and the wider Peter Park organization
  • You support and are responsible for ensuring compliance with framework guidelines to secure the achievement of set objectives
  • You act as an interface between Sales and the CRM team: in coordination with the departments, you ensure a smooth handover process for projects

Requirements

  • You have completed a degree in real estate management, engineering, business administration, event management, or a comparable qualification
  • You have strong interpersonal skills: listening is just as important as speaking
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: we need entrepreneurs at heart to achieve our goals
  • Your personal drive, hands‑on mentality, and structured, independent, analytical way of working are essential
  • In dealings with clients and external partners, you demonstrate professionalism and a confident, competent manner
  • Team player: we work for each other, not against each other
  • Very good German and English skills
