About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for managers and partners on HR fundamentals and partner-related questions
  • Drive and execute organizational, talent, and cultural transformations
  • Coach leaders to hire, inspire, develop, and retain talent
  • Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders across multiple client groups
  • Collaborate with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Learning & Development professionals
  • Advise managers and partners on policies, procedures, and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
  • Coach managers to focus team priorities on strategy and customer success
  • Engage regularly with partners to understand their work and create best-in-class working experiences
  • Coach managers to create meaningful, personalized development plans
  • Influence hiring to attract partners with the right experience and mindset
  • Assist with Performance Development, Compensation Planning, New Partner Orientation, and New Manager Assimilations
  • Act as HR manager of record for specific client groups
  • Drive HR functional excellence and process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Human Resources
  • Minimum five years’ work experience in human resources
  • Required to travel <10% of the time (as needed)
  • Expertise in a specialty area such as staffing, compensation, organizational change, etc. (desired)
  • Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to apply judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality
