About the role
- Define and govern Petal’s portfolio of product and service offerings
- Lead the end-to-end internal readiness process for product launches
- Drive operational alignment and execution across major product initiatives
- Oversee the creation and governance of internal and external product content
- Ensure Petal’s products comply with all relevant privacy, data protection, accessibility, and healthcare regulations
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or related leadership roles within a SaaS or technology organization
- Proven success leading cross-functional operational frameworks in multi-product environments
- Deep understanding of product monetization, lifecycle management, and release operations at scale
- Experience in compliance-sensitive or regulated industries (health tech, fintech, or equivalent) is an asset
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance structure, agility, and impact.
