About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM platforms to understand their needs and present tailored product or service solutions.
- Manage and update customer information and sales activities accurately within CRM software such as Salesforce.com to ensure data integrity and effective pipeline management.
- Collaborate with outside sales teams to coordinate efforts and ensure consistent messaging and customer follow-up across sales channels.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of assigned sales territories to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in inside sales, a related sales role or customer service.
- Proficiency with CRM software and tools.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with outside sales coordination or territory management (Preferred).
- Familiarity with customer relationship management strategies and best practices (Preferred).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas (Preferred).
- Knowledge of the specific industries or markets relevant to the assigned sales territories (Preferred).
- Additional training or certification in sales methodologies or CRM platforms (Preferred).
