About the role
- Attend networking groups and business associations on behalf of both brands
- Develop relationships with property managers, HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial properties
- Build referral partnerships with real estate professionals, landscapers, and complementary local businesses
- Conduct in-person meetings, present service proposals, and build recurring contracts
- Promote Humbug Holiday/Permanent Lighting services and upsell to existing Pest Hunters clients
- Track pipeline in CRM and coordinate new client onboarding with operations
Requirements
- 2+ years B2B sales or business development
- Strong networker
- Self-motivated
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Austin-area network (preferred)
- Service industry experience (preferred)
- CRM familiarity (preferred)
- Referral partner program experience (preferred)
