Business Development Rep

• Attend networking groups and business associations on behalf of both brands
• Develop relationships with property managers, HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial properties
• Build referral partnerships with real estate professionals, landscapers, and complementary local businesses
• Conduct in-person meetings, present service proposals, and build recurring contracts
• Promote Humbug Holiday/Permanent Lighting services and upsell to existing Pest Hunters clients
• Track pipeline in CRM and coordinate new client onboarding with operations
