About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own day-to-day administration and configuration of HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs: users, permissions, custom objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and lead routing.
- Build, maintain, and optimize sales sequences, marketing campaigns, lead nurture programs, and automated workflows in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
- Own data hygiene: deduplication, validation, list and segment management, and ongoing maintenance of clean records across contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards across Sales, Marketing, and CS, including pipeline reporting, campaign attribution, and rep performance.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and the broader GTM stack (enrichment, calendaring, dialer and sequencing, product data sources), and partner with RevOps on system-level builds.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration in a B2B SaaS environment.
- HubSpot Administrator certification or equivalent demonstrable depth.
- Proven experience building sales sequences, marketing automation workflows, and campaign attribution.
- Strong data hygiene practices and experience managing lists and segments at scale.
- Working knowledge of common GTM stack integrations.
- Self-directed mindset and pride in clean, well-instrumented systems.
- **Nice to have**
- Additional HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Reporting, Operations Hub).
- Experience in legal tech, fintech, or professional-services SaaS.
- Exposure to Operations Hub data sync, custom code actions, or webhooks.
- Familiarity with AI tooling in a GTM context (Breeze, ChatSpot).
