About the role
- Lead discovery to identify and validate customer problems through research, interviews, and data.
- Translate insights into a clear roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on impact and alignment.
- Implement and maintain product instrumentation (e.g., Pendo) to track adoption and surface opportunities.
- Contribute evidence-backed insights into roadmap planning and domain strategy.
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to ensure enhancements are intuitive, consistent, and technically feasible.
- Work asynchronously with distributed team members across multiple regions.
- Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and regularly.
- Manage backlog, epics, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity for engineering teams.
- Track adoption and impact of shipped features, co-creating success metrics with design and engineering.
- Proactively remove blockers and maintain high delivery throughput.
- Highlight improvements back to the business and clients with strong storytelling and go-to-market materials.
- Shape and deliver new product capabilities in domains like intake, sourcing, engagement, or panel management.
- Ship small but high-impact optimizations that make complex workflows more seamless.
- Deliver measurable UX uplift across a workflow, tracked through adoption and client feedback.
- Implement product analytics dashboards that democratize insights across the org.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure smooth go-to-market launches.
- Help shape the long-term roadmap for a domain while ensuring throughput on near-term enhancements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent product-focused role).
- Proven success delivering enhancements in SaaS, ideally in B2B (B2C experience also considered).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and design.
- Strong backlog management and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with analytics instrumentation (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Comfort engaging with APIs, data schemas, and technical documentation (not hands-on coding).
- Experience with workflow, procurement, marketplace, or RFP platforms preferred.
