- Serve as a trusted advisor during 60-day free trials, ensuring users see value quickly and stay on track with setup
- Combine customer experience, product support, and consultative sales in a front-line, revenue-influencing role
Requirements
- Customer-Facing SaaS Experience: You’ve worked in product support, onboarding, or customer success and know how to guide users through software setup and solve problems.
- Curious & Growth-Minded: Interest to grow into a sales role, motivated by goals and excited to celebrate each conversion win.
- Trusted Guide: You enjoy being the go-to person who keeps customers on track, answers questions clearly, and removes roadblocks.
- Tech-Savvy & Resourceful: Comfortable using CRMs, chat tools, email automation, and video demos. Bonus points if you know a bit of HTML/CSS.
- Clear Communicator: You can explain technical concepts simply and confidently in writing, over the phone, and on-screen shares.
- Organized & Accountable: Able to manage multiple trial accounts, follow-ups, and metrics without losing momentum.
