About the role
- Lead large multi-faceted partnership and individual group implementations of varying complexity
- Maintain overall implementation project ownership and drive coordination of activities and deliverables among internal Personify Health departments
- Serve as a client-facing expert on operational aspects of Personify Health’s health plan administration programs and solutions
- Deliver the highest level of client satisfaction to ensure successful implementations
- Respond to and resolve client or broker requests and questions during the implementation process
- Solicit client feedback and work with internal partners to implement enhancements and fixes
- Employ Personify Health standard project methodology, processes, and procedures
- Participate in pre-sales activities as assigned (RFPs, prospect calls, finalist meetings)
- Manage operational and tactical activities supporting 3rd party integrations
- Provide supplemental operational and tactical support to Client Success and Client Delivery teams as needed
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve scalability of implementation services
- Serve as a peer mentor and guide to newly on-boarding or junior team members
- Perform special projects as requested
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
- 3-5+ years of project management and/or software implementation work experience working on complex projects with large corporate clients
- Previous experience working directly with external clients and vendor partners strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working with project management tools preferred (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc)
- Experience working in Health insurance, Healthcare environment or Health TPA
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Ability to navigate a dynamic technological environment
- Previous experience managing multiple and changing priorities with a positive attitude
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with and through others
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and effectively negotiate with clients and internal parties
