About the role

  • Lead large multi-faceted partnership and individual group implementations of varying complexity
  • Maintain overall implementation project ownership and drive coordination of activities and deliverables among internal Personify Health departments
  • Serve as a client-facing expert on operational aspects of Personify Health’s health plan administration programs and solutions
  • Deliver the highest level of client satisfaction to ensure successful implementations
  • Respond to and resolve client or broker requests and questions during the implementation process
  • Solicit client feedback and work with internal partners to implement enhancements and fixes
  • Employ Personify Health standard project methodology, processes, and procedures
  • Participate in pre-sales activities as assigned (RFPs, prospect calls, finalist meetings)
  • Manage operational and tactical activities supporting 3rd party integrations
  • Provide supplemental operational and tactical support to Client Success and Client Delivery teams as needed
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve scalability of implementation services
  • Serve as a peer mentor and guide to newly on-boarding or junior team members
  • Perform special projects as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years of project management and/or software implementation work experience working on complex projects with large corporate clients
  • Previous experience working directly with external clients and vendor partners strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience working with project management tools preferred (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc)
  • Experience working in Health insurance, Healthcare environment or Health TPA
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Ability to navigate a dynamic technological environment
  • Previous experience managing multiple and changing priorities with a positive attitude
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with and through others
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and effectively negotiate with clients and internal parties
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Required to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external partners
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to tactfully navigate de-escalation
