About the role
- Serve corporate clients and corporate partners, ensuring strategic relationships and providing support for corporate enrollments, contracts, billing and in-company classes.
- Record all interactions in the CRM and collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Academic, Legal and Planning) to resolve requests.
- Support commercial initiatives aimed at client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong verbal communication, diction and persuasive skills
- Preferred: experience in the education sector
- Experience with CRM and multichannel communication (phone, WhatsApp, email)
- Preferably based in São Paulo
