Marketing

• Establish a high-impact and comprehensive BioPharma marketing plan that competitively positions the company for commercial success
• Build global awareness and drive demand for the full portfolio of Personalis products across BioPharma
• Lead all BioPharma product and portfolio promotional marketing campaigns
• Co-own strategic marketing such as go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, product positioning, and messaging
• Lead virtual and in-person marketing events, including conferences, tradeshows, speaker panels and programs, and webinars
• Cultivate a strong partnership with Biopharma Sales, Product Management, Field Application Specialists, and R&D
• Develop a strong understanding of customers across BioPharma to create effective positioning and key messages to drive product adoption
• Participate in internal MLR review process
• Actively manage the marketing agency relationship and deliverables
