About the role
- Take responsibility for the operational and strategic controlling of the site
- Prepare business cases, variance analyses and data-driven recommendations for action
- Support forecasts, budgets and monthly and annual financial statements
- Develop dashboards and controlling instruments
- Prepare and present decision-relevant reports and KPIs for management
Requirements
- Completed degree with a focus on Controlling, Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, external audit, M&A or transaction advisory
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a high affinity for numbers
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Ideally, initial experience in healthcare, dashboarding (e.g., Power BI) or corporate development
