About the role

  • Lead and further develop the HR Operations area (13 employees)
  • Drive the digitalization, simplification and optimization of HR processes
  • Responsible for and oversee all personnel administration and compensation/payroll processes
  • Ensure legal compliance in all personnel matters and advise managers on all operational and organizational HR topics
  • Work closely with HR Development to align personnel processes with development and training measures

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience in personnel administration, payroll and process management
  • Good knowledge of employment law, payroll tax and social security legislation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Languages: German: very good written and spoken; English: good written and spoken
  • IT skills: common MS Office tools, accounting software, payroll systems (e.g., Navision)
