  • Design, build, and maintain incentive pay models for Sales and Post-Sales teams
  • Own recurring comp review cycles end-to-end

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, operations, accounting, or a related analytical role
  • High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with sales compensation or incentive plan design, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive compensation data
  • An innate interest in the 'Personerd' side of things
