About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and maintain incentive pay models for Sales and Post-Sales teams
- Own recurring comp review cycles end-to-end
- Coordinate with and manage our external comp consultant
- Serve as the go-to for inbound questions about pay, attainment, and plan mechanics
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables for external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in finance, operations, accounting, or a related analytical role
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with sales compensation or incentive plan design, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive compensation data
- An innate interest in the 'Personerd' side of things
