About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets, and conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads for Persona
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit with Persona’s products
- Engage with prospects through effective communication, delivering exceptional service, and build relationships to create interest and generate sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads for further sales engagement
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions and update Salesforce
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of work experience (sales and/or technology experience is a +), with a track record of top performance
- Drive and grit — a strong desire to compete and win, while being a highly collaborative team player
- Openness to internalize feedback, build on prior experience, and demonstrate improvement
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort working in ambiguity and adaptable
