Requirements

7+ years of experience building and shipping complex production systems
Direct experience in performance, scalability, or observability is a significant plus
Enjoys mentoring other engineers and can clearly explain technical ideas
Deep expertise in metrics, logs, and traces
Experience in instrumenting complex, distributed systems
Ability to listen with empathy and build trust
Ability to build robust libraries and tools that improve other engineers' work
Takes Initiative and is comfortable with ambiguity
