About the role
- Provide day-to-day support and work directly with team members to deliver impactful solutions
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
- Understand and address complex business and technical challenges
- Develop expertise in Persona’s platform products and inform product roadmap
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Curiosity and passion for learning
- Strong interpersonal skills for exceptional customer experiences
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
