About the role
- Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring that our data products are user-friendly and visually compelling.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on product vision and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of builders.
- Create innovative ways to visualize complex data sets, making them easier to understand and interact with for our users.
- Develop prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback and testing, maintaining a user-centered approach throughout the design process.
- Apply analytical systems thinking to tackle product complexity and contribute to the overall product strategy.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a tooling or data-centric environment.
- Data-curious and technically inquisitive, instinctively digging into product data, flows, and artifacts to uncover patterns, edge cases, and opportunities for improvement
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex, end-to-end design challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
