About the role

Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring that our data products are user-friendly and visually compelling.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on product vision and deliver seamless user experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of builders.
Create innovative ways to visualize complex data sets, making them easier to understand and interact with for our users.
Develop prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback and testing, maintaining a user-centered approach throughout the design process.
Apply analytical systems thinking to tackle product complexity and contribute to the overall product strategy.

Over 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a tooling or data-centric environment.
Data-curious and technically inquisitive, instinctively digging into product data, flows, and artifacts to uncover patterns, edge cases, and opportunities for improvement
Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex, end-to-end design challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
