About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support international programs, system integration, and fielding
Integrate Persistent Systems products into vehicles and aircraft
Execute tests, design networks, generate reports, and deliver results
Communicate technical challenges and new requirements to Engineering
Collaborate across Sales, Field Operations, Programs Management, Engineering, and Quality to provide customer solutions
Maintain expert knowledge of Persistent Systems products and interpret and develop customer requirements
Carry out test procedures to verify integration outcomes meet requirements
Report system integration progress to management and escalate issues
Identify customer issues, provide relevant information and data, and recommend courses of action
Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with product development and test engineers to resolve technical issues
Develop test plans, methodologies, final reports, and summaries for internal and external audiences
Educate clients on system and hardware integration procedures, implementation, and use
Track integration tasks and optimize systems integration to meet program requirements
Define integration strategies and methods and plan them according to deadlines
Create technical documentation for non-technical individuals
Provide customers with technical updates on new products and firmware improvements
Develop technical portions of RFI/RFP responses and similar customer requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with RF communications, network systems, and/or MANET networks
Proficiency in data collection and analysis
Proficiency in wireless, mobile IP, RF propagation, and hardware and software concepts
Proficiency in IP routing, switching, and VPN architectures
Understanding of product development and systems architecture design
Experience working directly with customers and end users
Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
Must be available to travel up to 25% of the time
Programming proficiency in Python, C, C++, or Java
Net+, Sec+, CCNA, or CWNA certifications
Experience with RF mapping and planning tools such as Cloud RF
Experience with MANET, Mesh, Ad-hoc protocols, and web architecture
Proficiency with Wireshark and/or MATLAB
DoD Information Operations and Cyber Security experience
Must possess an active Secret US Security Clearance
