About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ownership of a sub-portfolio of existing partners (insurers, broker pools, channel partners) with clear revenue and growth responsibility.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision makers and at board/executive level.
  • Develop partner-specific annual plans with clear targets for revenue, broker/agent activation, and cross-/upsell.
  • Prepare and lead customer meetings, workshops and management presentations.
  • Activate and support your partners' intermediaries/brokers — strategically and operationally, and hands-on where required.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Content & Marketing, and the Head of Go-to-Market (G2M).
  • Provide structured input to our Product Management on requirements from the partner environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management with demonstrable quota responsibility.
  • Industry background in insurance, underwriting, InsurTech, or a comparable channel/multiplier model.
  • Credibility with decision makers and board-level stakeholders — combined with a willingness to work operationally and hands-on when needed.
  • Structured, CRM-disciplined way of working; forecasting is a craft, not a box-ticking exercise.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you view the partner holistically and identify cross-/upsell opportunities before they become obvious.
  • Business-fluent German and very good English.
  • Basic understanding of cyber security or GRC; a network in the insurance/broker market in the DACH region is an advantage.
