About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain a rolling quarterly view of customer renewals and expansion opportunities; proactively identify upcoming actions and track status through close
- Own execution of straightforward customer renewals, including longer term agreements or named user licenses
- Partner with Head of Sales to set up, prepare for, and follow up on meetings with large consulting firms that manage RFP processes
- Drive outreach and early relationship development with potential strategic partners
- Track and reconcile clients’ user counts against internal master records to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain accurate customer account data to support renewals, invoicing inputs, and reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine and tailor messaging for industry conferences and events
- Lead customer outreach for webinars, user group meetings, and related engagement efforts
- Support ongoing education and enablement of partners and sales channels on our products, offerings, and positioning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of demonstrated experience across sales/revenue operations, relationship management, and marketing operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Clear communicator, comfortable working directly with leadership, external partners, and customers.
- Comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities within a small, highly efficient team.
