About the role

  • Responsible for developing and executing the ProLender module expansion strategy
  • Define the module roadmap, coordinate product launches
  • Identify early adopter customers, enable adoption through technical and business enablement
  • Drive expansion revenue through consultative selling and customer success
  • Serve as a bridge between product, sales, customer success, and customers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS expansion, account-based growth, or product marketing experience
  • Proven track record of driving module/product adoption or upsell expansion within existing customer bases
  • Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or B2B software serving regulated industries
  • Comfort with hands-on expansion selling; ability to lead customer conversations from discovery through ROI validation
  • Strong project management and ability to coordinate across product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams
  • Analytical mindset with ability to develop customer segmentation, ROI models, and adoption playbooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Ability to thrive with ambiguity and drive execution in a fast-moving environment
