💰 $112,500 - $137,500 per year
About the role
- Manage high-level relationships with one or more clients that are strategic to the enterprise
- Keep clients satisfied through regular communication and management of relationships
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the client relationship
- Oversee operational aspects of projects and vendor/subcontractor management
- Represent the enterprise to the client and vice versa
- Coordinate with appropriate sales personnel for business opportunities
- Ensure project completion within budget and according to contract requirements
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Mortgage banking or Banking technology experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record in client relationship management, service delivery and/or support of technology products and services
- Broad understanding of the financial and strategic aspects of the business
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage and solve complex problems with minimal impact
- Experience working in a 24x7 Client Support environment
- Must be detail-oriented and customer-driven
